Health Programs
Seated Massage
Our corporate seated massage routine is specifically designed to suit the office worker. MyBodySoul uses shiatsu as the main method of treatment, whilst also incorporating techniques of remedial massage, acupressure, breathing and stretching into the session if necessary. This is performed over the clothes of the recipient in an ergonomically designed chair.
Postural Analysis
This program allows staff member’s greater insight in how their body responds to every day movements,stresses and the effect it can leave on the body long term. MyBodySoul’s team of experts will assess the physical structure and bio-mechanics of each work member highlighting any muscle imbalance that may be present and offer steps to remedy for a fitter, happier you.
Health and Fitness Assessment
More and more people work longer hours and the demands of dead lines, over time and irregular meals means that a lot of us are little less healthy and way more stressed then we need to be. In this program, our trainers will do a comprehensive assessment your health and fitness levels, assessing height to weight ratio (HWR) blood pressure, resting heart rate, fitness levels and more.

Developed in the 1920s by Joseph H. Pilates, the Pilates method is a series of exercises that can be performed on a mat or with specialized equipment. Our instructors teach with mats on the floor, using a combination of exercise, stretch bands and the power of the breath to help keep the body free from any tightness or aches that communally occur during prolonged sitting.
Yoga in the Office
Yoga has been practiced in the East for thousands of years by the great Yogis of India. The trend since then has made its way to the West with more and more people discovering the benefits. Our instructors work with a variety of techniques based on traditional Hatha Yoga. All routines are designed to work the entire system of the body releasing any blocked energy from the body. This is most beneficial in treating unwanted anxiety, stress and depression in the work place.
Group Fitness
Group Fitness is a great way to build team morale and trust amongst colleagues. All our trainers are highly qualified fitness experts with more then five years experience. Classes and sessions are designed to challenge each participant to their maximum, whilst still supporting the group.
