I am a Psychotherapist with over 30 years professional experience facilitating groups and private, individual therapy.

My approach, Breathwork Psychotherapy, brings compassion, understanding, and highly experienced, hence highly skilled care to clients throughout Sydney, The Central Coast and the rest of Australia.

I focus on providing not only a beneficial ‘lightening of the load’ and inner peace, but I enable clients to clearly see and start to work on what is behind practically ALL their life issues – Self Worth / Self Love issues and Personal Power issues – LOVE and POWER.

These are the 2 main aspects of the 'relationship with ourselves' that ALL us humans have damaged during childhood in our family of origin, regardless of ‘’How good one’s childhood was” or how good ones relationship with their parents is presently or was in childhood.

I am definitely for people who are serious about resolving their life issues in a direct way and are not shy of ruthless self honesty, are ready therefore to confront the real truth behind what does not work in their lives anymore and are willing to do the short term 'hard yards' to get what they want in life sooner, rather than later.

If you simply just need to talk with someone and are NOT willing to confront your unconscious emotional baggage/ own your 'shadow self' (such as the co-dependant self who has a hole in their heart  which they are desperately trying to fill by pleasing people, putting the wants and needs of others before their own) ... and do what is necessary to heal this 'life experience shaping' part of you... then I am most likely NOT for you.
