Aloha Therapeutic Massage promotes healing and relaxation in our clinic, offering personalised treatments for each client. We specialise in Hawaiian bodywork, including healing massages also known as lomi lomi or kahuna massage. This technique relies on long strokes and is particularly healing and nurturing. Hawaiian Healing Massage is designed to free the bodys energy flow.

For pain and tension relief, we offer a variety of massage techniques to increase your mobility and make you feel more comfortable. These treatments include deep tissue massage, trigger point massage and sports massage.

Aloha Therapeutic Massage also offers healing therapies. This unique healing massage has been handed down through Hawaiian Families for generations and is profoundly healing and nurturing.

The Hawaiian people view all aspects of the body as one and believe that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all part of the 'whole self'. Thus the intention of Hawaiian Healing Massage is to free the energy flow by releasing stress and tension in the body and restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit by working deeply through these levels.

When a Hawaiian healing practitioner touches your body, it is with total respect, non-judgement, compassion and love. Thus Hawaiian Healing Massage is also know as 'loving hands' or 'temple style' massage.

The massage is given in a fluid rhythmic motion working with the body's natural flow and rhythm. Different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time and full and under body strokes are used to bring the body back into balance and instil a deep sense of peace, harmony and well being. At completion of the massage, you will feel blissfully relaxed, with the benefits of the healing continuing long after the massage has ended.

Hawaiian Healing Massage can be given by a single practitioner or two practitioners working together.

Cancellation/rescheduling - appointments slots are set aside for you, if you are cancelling we request 24 hour notice or as soon as possible - if shorter than this 24-hour period a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. *if no-show, this will be charged at full price*
