What is Reconnective Healing?
Reconnective Healing (RH) is a process of returning to one's wholeness. It allows a person to reconnect fully with themselves by achieving a higher state of health, vibration and balance into their life. Developed by chiropractor Eric Pearl, Reconnective Healing utilises light, energy and information that make up the healing spectrum which determines the healing form that should be taken.
The RH method isn't a diagnostic tool, nor is it a treatment. In fact, a qualified practitioner of this healing practice doesn't need to know the condition of their client, or what caused it, to improve the state of their wellbeing. The less they know of the client, the more they can interact with the healing spectrum, allowing it to heal at the required capacity to effect change.
What are the Benefits of Reconnective Healing?
An evidence-based healing practice, Reconnective Healing has been found extremely effective in restoring people's lost senses and physical abilities. In fact, a study published by the University of Arizona showed that only minutes of RH is more than twice as effective as physical therapy in restoring range of motion to the limbs of the body. In addition to this, its high frequency, which is rooted in light and love, offers several other benefits, including:
- Mental and emotional clarity
- Reverses signs of ageing
- Repairs and restructures DNA
- Brings about internal peace
- Fosters healthier relationships
And because it doesn't require physical contact between the client and practitioner, RH can be facilitated from a distance. You can book a Reconnective Healing online session with your preferred RH practitioner through the Zoom videoconferencing platform and receive all of its benefits in the comfort of your home.
There's no need to get stuck in traffic, wait for an available parking slot or in a queue of people. What's more, you can schedule your appointment at a time that suits you best.
How Does Online Reconnective Healing Work?
Apart from the fact that you won't be in the same room with the therapist, there's no difference between an in-person Reconnective Healing session and one that's done remotely. Before the actual healing takes place, you will meet with your therapist via Zoom at the agreed time to learn how the process works and be able to ask any questions that you may have.
In addition to having the Zoom app downloaded onto your computer and a stable internet connection, you want to have a working webcam too so that you can interact with the practitioner seamlessly. Also, see to it that the room where you're going to receive healing is quiet and devoid of any distractions.
What Can You Expect From Online Reconnective Healing?
An online Reconnective Healing session can last for 30 minutes, followed by a 15-minute debriefing session. You can do it lying down or while seated in a comfortable chair, whichever works best for you. There's no need to prepare anything else besides your computer; if you don't have one, a mobile phone will suffice.
Come to your virtual session in comfortable clothes and with a mind that's ready to accept a higher state of balance. Note that the practitioner doesn't need to know your issues or health condition. They will observe, feel and listen intently to be able to interact with the Reconnective Healing spectrum, which is responsible for facilitating your healing.
While your body is relaxed, you may experience different bodily sensations such as the following:
- Tingling
- Coldness
- Warmth
- Numbness
You may also have visions of colours and smell pleasant odours which you've neither seen nor smelt before. You may feel slightly weak for a couple of days following your Reconnective Healing online session. It's merely the effect of the RH frequencies working on restoring harmony and balance to every aspect of your life.
