Cataracts
Cataracts are a clouding or darkening of the lens of the eye. It is a common age-related complaint. Symptoms of cataracts include clouded, blurred, or dim vision; difficulty seeing at night; sensitivity to light; frequently changing the strength of your vision prescriptions; and seeing colours as being faded or yellowed. The only treatment to remove cataracts completely is eye surgery. However, some preventative treatments that may help include nutritional therapy, homoeopathy, reducing exposure to ultraviolet light, and quitting smoking.
