Alzheimer’s disease

Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive, incurable condition that causes degeneration within the brain. It begins with short term memory loss, however progresses to dementia and a loss of cognitive function. Personality and behavioral changes are seen. As said, Alzheimer’s disease is incurable but treatments to help control the symptoms of the disease include mental stimulation, supportive care, drug therapy, herbal medicine, and vitamin therapy.
