Designed to promote shifts. It's a clothed, slow paced treatment that incorporates gentle to deep touch.

Therapeutic tools may include moxa, guasha, abdominal organ detox massage and somatoemotional release.

Results are generally seen immediately. For more chronic conditions you're looking at 3 to 5 sessions minimum. 

Research and experience show that consistency is key to healing and I accomodate this by putting together a management plan in place for your recovery.
