Ali – Yoga Teacher
Ali has been practising yoga for over 15 years. She completed teacher training through My Health Yoga in 2010, and also studied Ashtanga Yoga in Ko Samiu, Thailand, in 2009.
She has completed several workshops to extend her knowledge, including “The Heart of Yoga” with Louise Wiggins.
Ali aspires to travel to America and study under Shiva Rae, as she loves the fluid vinyasa yoga style.
Deb Goulding – Yoga Teacher
Yoga has always played a role in Deb’s life, with her serious practice beginning in the 1990′s. Deb found that yoga helped her find ‘her’ and loves to share this experience with others. When she ‘grows up’, she wants to practice Thai massage and be a mermaid. Deb studied yoga through My Health Yoga and plans to continue her training with further study of yoga.
