About Me

Hello, my name is Tracey and I am a registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), a Health Coach, Certified Nutrition, and Sound Healing Practitioner. I have worked with adults, families, and young people in the community, mental health, and clinical sector for 10 years. Some of my experiences incorporate home based outreach support, face to face and phone counselling, case management and support workshop and group facilitation.

I am deeply passionate about holistic wellbeing and health and incorporate nutrition, art, spiritual, physical, and mental health into my practice. I have a special interest in self-compassion, the management of stress, and the mind, body, spirit connection. I work closely with your strengths and strongly believe that when we honour our true selves and develop self-awareness, profound healing and truly significant changes can occur.
