Meditation
Meditation involves mindful thinking, but most of us do it too much. We get exhausted by the endless stream of worries, hopes, plans, fantasises and dialogues. Excessive thought and thinking not only will waste a great deal of your energy, but it will also start to affect the quality of your thoughts.
