“Having commenced our journey early on in the field of Martial Arts, alongside an interest in the healing arts, we explored the many and varied alternative modalities of healing.”
Yoga was a natural fit, like a glue enmeshing all healing possibility and recognising health and wellness through living a stable, conscious and courageous life. Most notably was the vast teachings left for us in the mode of food as medicine, supporting the human organism through its basic biological need for fuel.
