Worklink has established itself as a premier provider of Injury Management, Psychological and Occupational Health & Safety Services in Western Australia since 1992.  Our emphasis is to provide an innovative, efficient, cost effective, multidisciplinary service in the context of absolute professionalism.

Since 1992 Worklink has been working with Western Australian business to provide vocational rehabilitation and occupational health services across a diverse range of industries.  The direct involvement of our founding Directors, Jan Johnston and Sandra Cronin, ensures a personal service with dedicated customer focus.  Our longevity and strong market presence is testimony to our capacity to consistently provide a reliable and quality service to our customers.  We have a demonstrated ability to maintain relationships over extended periods of time with many of our existing customers having utilized our services for over 2 decades. Our customers range from international corporations through to WA small businesses in both the private and public sectors.

Worklink has developed a specific expertise in providing experienced professionals to deliver employer based injury management and vocational rehabilitation services. Worklink has provided consultants to employers on both a short term (eg. leave relief) or on a longer term basis. Our customers have included major teaching hospitals, banks, insurers and government departments.

Worklink is constantly evolving new products to assist our customers with effective injury management, occupational health and human resource management.  We were the first organisation to establish a Stress Unit, in response to the emergence of work related stress as a major occupational health concern. Our range of value added and complementary services include training and prevention programmes, early intervention strategies, redeployment and outplacement initiatives, and specialised pain and psychological injury management.

Worklink's staff comprises Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Employment Consultants and administrative & support staff.  All professional staff are qualified and possess experience in the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services ranging from 20+ years, through to more recent graduates.  Our depth of experience places Worklink in an excellent position to provide our customers with consistent, efficient and cost effective vocational, psychological and occupational health services.
