Welcome to Within the Circle Natural Healing Centre

Within the Circle was established in June 2005 to nurture and support the body-mind connection; the connection between the mental, physical and emotional states.

At Within the Circle we strongly believe that by using natural therapies such as meditation, massage and yoga, we can effectively re-balance the body, mind and the energy that exists within the body to stimulate the immune system and remedy diseases or illness. With perseverance we are able to develop resiliency and maintain a positive level of health.

Gabriella Sanelli has studied Traditional Tibetan therapies with Dr Nida Chenagtsang through his organisation International Academy of Traditional Tibetan Medicine (IATTM) and Ngak-Mang Institute Australia (NMIA).

Gabriella’s approach to massage promotes the highest level of relaxation through a calm and gentle environment. With the client in a relaxed state, the massage is a luxurious experience for both client and therapist.

She furthered her studies by attaining Diploma of Yoga Teaching at the Bhava Yoga Centre in Warrandyte.
