How the program works:

• This is a 4-month protocol because this protocol has shown effectiveness over 4 menstrual cycles and it allows me to work closely with each couple and support them over their whole journey.
• We will have an initial consult to take your full case history so that we have a baseline to work from and I can prescribe the best homeopathic remedies for each partner to give you the best possible results 
• I will contact you via email after 1 week and then once a month to check-in and see what changes are occurring for both of you. If any changes need to be made, we can make changes along the way. 
• You will have my phone number so that you can have your questions answered in real time and have any questions answered in between e-mails. 
• You will have access to a Facebook group so you can connect with other couples on the same or similar journey to you to share, sympathise and support each other. 

• Women's cycle may change within weeks of taking homeopathy treatment
• Period may change to become a healthy, bright red, decent flow
• Irregular cycles will regulate to around 28 days (give or take as we are all unique)
• Increase in cervical mucous around ovulation where there previously may have been none or not much
• Increased libido
• PMS, premenstrual bloating, cramps may all lessen or disappear 
• For males, getting a sperm analysis done after 3 months is a good way to show progress
