Emotional Fitness Personal Training™ clients are encouraged to shine light on everything you consider to be unlovable about yourself.
With Emotional Fitness Personal Training™ clients will learn the skills to be more focused and homed in on the world around us and learn to become truly comfortable in their own skin, accepting their weaknesses with their strengths. Emotional Fitness Personal Training™ is an initial 2hr session which is then followed by 1.5-hour sessions thereafter through Skype or Zoom conferencing.
