Life Coaching

Life Coaching concentrates on helping you to feel more fulfilled by achieving growth that is geared towards reaching a meaningful goal through maximising your inner capabilities, strengths, and resources. It creates a plan of action to bridge the gap between your current situation and your set goal.

What does a Life Coach do?

A Life Coach helps to eliminate limiting beliefs of the past and implement new spaces and experienced to produce success and abundance.

Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology aims to investigate what actions lead to optimal self-regulation, to positive individuals, and to thriving communities. It is a solution orientated modality concentrated on clients’ chosen futures and strengths as opposed to their past deficits and issues.

Coaching Structure


First Session Rate = $110

Follow-up Session Rate = $90

Recommended: 3 x Session Package Deal = $260

These can be conducted at my residence in the beautifully peaceful Adelaide Hills or a location convenient to you.


What to expect


The First Meeting

Our initial meeting is used as a discovery session to determine suitability and defining what the focus will be on. 

Our coaching sessions will last approximately 1 hour with the length of the meeting determined based on each other's schedule and what specific goal you want to achieve.

A contract will be made for an agreed amount of time with the option to extend later based on whatever plan works best with the goal. 

A typical session will identify and break down the obstacles that may have stood in the way of taking action in the past before focusing on and identifying personal strengths and resources needed in pursuit of your goal. The aim is not just the attainment of the goal but the development of the person that can achieve their goals regularly.   

This will be achieved through discussion and with the help of evidence-based, scientifically proven Positive Psychology tools, interventions and programs aimed at enhancing wellbeing and resilience. It involves asking the question, what does a valuable life look like?

I will normally request you complete a Character Strengths Assessment so we can tap into those strengths you use more optimally.

Some other interventions used are:

  1. Gratitude journaling

  2. Goal setting techniques

  3. Affirmations and visualisations

  4. Savouring

  5. Mindfulness

Ongoing Sessions

A session or series of sessions, if required, will be focused towards three main components: taking action, staying accountable and following through. These could be held face to face, over the phone or via email.
