WHAT IS MEDITATION?
It is an active process of increasing awareness of your body, mind, feelings, sensations and your environment. It is about learning to create harmony and balance in your everyday life during and outside of the practice. A process of perpetually coming back to the present moment. With practice you are able to string these "aware" moments together into a continuum - remaining present not only whilst sitting but all the time The pathway to inner peace, harmony, increased awareness, and good health is dramatically accelerated through a regular practice of meditation Meditation is easy to learn and the benefits are immense.

"AWAKENING" MEDITATION
Awakening Meditation is a practice to cultivate awareness and clarity that permeates your life offering spiritual awakening.
Our world was a very different place when the widely available Meditation practices were birthed. We are not monks, living in monasteries, or struggling for survival in our world. Most of us are living in safety and relative comfort – particularly those who may be drawn to this kind of training. The reality is that we all come to meditation for different reasons and very often those reasons change. Common incentives to start meditation are to improve health, reduce mental anxiety and stress; some just want to stop the suffering, some have a desire to know self better, and others long to fully awaken, to come home to their true magnificent self.

ROBYN’S BACKGROUND:
Following a major life crisis in 1981, Robyn began a committed practice of meditation which completely changed her life. So inspired by the changes and possibilities that meditation offers, she continued with the practice - learning and teaching this transformative process to others. In conjunction Robyn has been assisting individuals improve their health and wellbeing working extensively as a Natural Therapist and Educator in the adult education system, as well as in private practice and business.
