What is Emotional Eating Energy Healing?
Emotional eating energy healing is a grounding and holistic practice that activates the body’s energy system to remove blockages and restore balance to your relationship with food.
Many women are affected and are surrounded by a lot of negative energies. Finding themselves reacting in a way that’s also fulfilling.
There’s a need to fill in that void, a need to self-soothe, a need to mask the pain even just for a moment. Even when that means turning your back from all logical reasons. And then you’ll find yourself losing control of yourself.
But it’s not too late.
Yes, you need help. But you also have the power to turn all of these around.
You can change how you respond, you can identify and manage your triggers, you can have a healthy relationship with food again.
You are not alone. Estelle can help you begin again.
What to Expect in These Sessions?
Estelle will start by clearing your energy centres connected to emotional eating. She’ll identify what’s going on in your body through clairsentience and will pass this on to you during or after your session.
After the session, Estelle will ask about any sensations you felt during the session. She’ll advise you of techniques and strategies you can do or schedule another session if necessary and develop a self-care plan for you.
In person sessions are not necessary. This is done over distant healing sessions via Zoom.
A complimentary 20-minute consultation is available for your first consultation. After that, you can choose from 4, 6, or 12 sessions.
