My Story
I first got interested in Natural Therapies when I had My own health issues, after plenty of self help and help by some really amazing people, I started on my journey. I fell in love with Reiki in 98, then moving forward with Reflexology in 2004 and its many amazing health benefits. While studying Reflexology I learned lots of very amazing different techniques. Maternity, Chinese, Face Reflexology and Auricular Therapy. In the midst of this I also studied Thought Field Therapy, Massage and Aromatherapy, then Touch for Health which led me to learn more Kinesiology techniques Nutrition and Herbs then to Weight management. Then came Qi Gong and Pranic Healing
