About EFT
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-based method that combines acupressure with elements drawn from cognitive and exposure therapies.
The approach has been validated in more than 100 clinical trials. Bond University replicated the landmark cortisol study, conducted by Dr. Dawson Church in 2012 with great success and in 2020 their findings were published by the APA (American Psychological Association).
