Karen has been in private practice as a Naturopath for more than 20 years. She practices a combination of herbal and nutritional medicine as well as incorporating diet and lifestyle advice to achieve optimal health results. Karen’s approach to naturopathy involves treating each person as an individual, so she incorporates thorough case-taking and individual assessment into her treatment plans. She also believes that it is important to involve the person in decision making processes, and that people should have an informed involvement in their own treatment.
