Classes

Pilates (45 mins and 1hr): mat based exercise focusing on recruiting deep abdominal muscles to improve strength, stability, functionality and flexibility. May incorporate small equipment such as foam rollers and resistance bands. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

CoreX (45 mins): an advanced core workout designed for those without injuries wanting a more challenging class. Draws on pilates principles. Please wear enclosed footwear.

Prenatal Pilates: suitable for all stages of pregnancy to provide functional strength and stability. May utilise fitballs, and small equipment.

Postnatal Pilates: Suitable for mothers returning to exercise after pregnancy. Bubs not yet moving are welcome. We also understand making a scheduled class with a newborn may be difficult. Contact us about other suitable times, or create your own class at a time of your choice (great for mothers groups etc).

Precision Barre: a unique barre class focusing on posture, position and muscle recruitment.
