- Mantra - sacred sounds
- Dhyana - meditation practices
Yin/Yang Yoga
A deeply transformative and soulful class where we explore the use of breath, awareness, and compassion into the practice of yoga. Yin/Yang Yoga incorporates the Five Elements of theory of health by utilising specially chosen meridian stretches, to harmonise the flow of Prana/Qi in the Yin & Yang Meridians. We incorporate postures of Hatha Yoga and mindfulness practices to deepen our experience of embodied presence and awareness.
