How Does Kinesiology Work?
Kinesiology combines the wisdom of ancient Eastern (TCM) and Western science. It is a highly effective natural health system that uses gentle, non-invasive techniques to address a wide range of health and life issues, ultimately assisting us to improve our vitality and achieve optimal wellbeing.
The technique of muscle monitoring is powerful as it communicates directly with the body's bio-computer (brain-nervous system) via the conscious and subconscious mind. Muscle monitoring does not measure muscle strength rather the reaction of a muscle when challenged with a stressor.
The muscle responses provide valuable information to where the energy pathways may be disrupted and how to remedy these. A number of techniques are used to help balance the body's energy system and diffuse stress.
Kinesiology is very specific to the needs of each client. Each session is unique and is dictated by the client's needs. The objective of each session is to remove energy blockages to enable self-healing to take place. Generally, between one to three sessions are required to address the issue relating to one goal.
