Myotherapy specialises in soft tissue injuries, & also treat chronic or acute pain, inflammation, and aid in the recovery process with a variety of treatments and rehabilitation sessions, optimising musculoskeletal function.

The typical session may include examining the patient's history and making some assessments, testing and palpating their level of irritability. 

The goal is to find the actual cause of your symptoms and help strengthen the area for future use.

This is done through enhancing neurological health, promoting muscular function, improving muscular length and stability, as well as enhancing posture.
