I have become very passionate about energy healing because I know first hand how beneficial it can be to the body, spirit, and soul. It is my goal and aspiration to help people find balance, and peace in their lives through practices of energy healing.

I have been a Reiki therapist since 2017 helping friends and loved ones find balance in their lives and have have had so many wonderful feedback that I decided to do it professionally.

One of the greatest benefits of energy healing is stress reduction and relaxation.

I believe that when our energetic bodies are in harmony, and balance we deal with life experiences with a calmer state of mind, and work through obstacles and difficulties much easier. Energy healing can also trigger the bodies natural healing abilities, and improves or maintains health. When the flow of our Life Energy is unbalanced, blocked or weakened, health, emotional and mental issues may occur. These can manifest as anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, negative thoughts, fear, guilt, doubt, destructive lifestyle and relationships.

Energy healing can be used as a complimentary therapy. It complements any health care a patient may receive. Here is a non-exhaustive list of some of the benefits of energy healing:

A typical session consists of taking details of the client. Having a chat about the reason for the healing session, which could be either emotional or physical. The healing itself, lying down on a massage table fully clothed with a combination of hands on gentle touch and hands off, hovering (If a client is uncomfortable with touch, hovering only).

Everybody percieves Reiki energy differently. Some people may see colors, see images or words, feel heat or cold, buzzing energy in certain body parts. Some people may have physical effects like coughing, sneezing, crying, or even fall asleep. Others may feel absolutely nothing, which doesnt mean that there is no healing taking place. Reiki energy is unique to every individual and there is no right or wrong.

Reiki energy healing can be combined with a sound bath, aura assessment and balancing, chakra assessment and balancing, crystal therapy.
