I combine a unique blend of complementary skills of Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Kinergetics, Touch for Health, Applied Holographic Physiology, Dry Needling with a thorough knowledge of the human body, it’s Meridians and Chakras, along with inner wisdom and intuition to create a healing space for my clients.
The body has innate ability to heal and regenerate. My gift is to guide you to connect to this deep wisdom.

How I work
VVT is a powerful natural therapy using gentle muscle monitoring to access information about your wellbeing. Muscle monitoring gives instant access to holistic information – the subconscious. This biofeedback allows me to quickly determine the best specific strategy to reinstate your body, mind and spirit into balance and reach it’s highest potential.
Our emotions have a direct effect on our physical, immune, digestive and nervous system. We store energy as stress and tension in our body, our cells, and our muscles, affecting our entire wellbeing.
Kinesiology is a powerful tool that addresses the physical, emotional, biochemical and nutritional aspect of our health.
During VVT session we are able to address all of these issues to bring body, mind and spirit into harmony and balance, and find those missing elements that may be contributing to emotional stress, physical pain and injuries.
