Deep Tissue Massage

Slow strokes and deep finger pressure are used during a deep tissue massage to relieve tension from deep layers of muscle and connective tissue.

This massage helps loosen tight muscles, ease chronic muscle pain, and relieve anxiety.

Remedial Massage 

The purpose of remedial massage is to treat pain and injuries commonly found in the knees, shoulders, and back. 

The amount of pressure used in remedial massage depends on the condition being treated.

• 60-minute Massage - $90
• 90-minute Massage - $130
