Unrivaled Group Focus Training - About
Focus areas
Unrivaled Group Focused Training follows both the ins and outs of a mixed martial arts bout and prepares the participants to achieve their optimum performance before facing a 3 or 5 round fight against their rivals.
How it works, you get to position yourself as a trained MMA athlete into the same training programs. And when we're talking about the same training we're talking about doing the same body motions and thinking in the cage like an MMA athlete does. In these same exercises in body movement, we train our bodies to do our physical best with high strength safely over a limited period of an MMA fight, this span can be anywhere from 15 to 25 min.
Luckily for those who don't want to participate in mixed martial arts, we have the chance to take advantage of all the advantages MMA conditioning gives us. Bring it into our everyday lives, making you better, smarter, quicker, more concentrated and more powerful.
Unrivaled Group Focused Training consists of aerobic and anaerobic systems combined with our own body weight resistance and outside weights. It provides just the ideal metabolic state for consuming fuels, sources such as carbohydrates and fats. This method of preparation is an outstanding form of aerobic activity that can not only help you perform tasks more effectively in your daily or particular sport but also decrease the risk of certain cancers and cancers.
