I have developed my counselling practice to provide a wholistic framework towards promoting positive emotional health and wellbeing for you and your family. My approach to counselling encompasses a person-centred, solution-focussed and strength-based modality, with a specialist focus on trauma and working with clients in the justice system (forensic counselling).

I will walk with you on your journey towards the creation of positive life experiences that can lead to a healthy emotional and physical wellbeing.

I am an identical twin who has shared my life with a look-a like, and so can identify with the uniqueness of this lived experience.   

I am a Registered member of Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

About our business

I am a qualified counsellor, criminologist and advocate with extensive experience working in Australia and the United Kingdom. My experience has provided me with the ability to work effectively with individuals identified with complex needs, particularly people who have been involved in the criminal justice system, and my practice is trauma informed.

I am effective and experienced in creating meaningful therapeutic relationships, sourcing and developing programs, building networks, working with community and professional groups, and case management practice. 

TSL Counselling offers
