Allergy Testing. Why?

Allergy and intolerance reactions are symptoms, not the cause. Many other things need to be taken into consideration. It's somewhat like an iceberg where you see the tip, but there's much more underneath the surface.

Common allergic reactions include feeling tired, rundown, depression and headaches. Yet these forms of ill health are usually put down to stress or a busy lifestyle, and not necessarily an allergy. 

A good place to start is diet. There are foods that harm you and foods that heal - unfortunately no inbetween. If you eat foods your body doesnt like, then you add to the body's coping mechanisms workload.

How are allergies tested?

Allergies are tested by a private laboratory using a blood sample. Testing can be on IgG, IgA, or IgE depending on if you are checking for acute or chronic allergies.
