Mindfulness and meditation is what I am deeply passionate about in life and to help others learn I find equally if not more rewarding. That is why I will only charge a fee if you are happy with the service provided.
Over 17 years and many, many thousands of hours I have experience in meditation and mindfulness, also completing many courses and extensive research during this time. If you are looking to learn (1 on 1, group or corporate setting) please contact me and we contact discuss further, either arrange a vist to your home\business, at one of my premises, or over skype). Breathwork, life coaching are additional services that can be offered too. I further have completed studies in psychology and extensive knowledge on yoga and stretches, diet and nutrition to help bring a wholeness to the experience when necessary.
