Designed to concentrate on your problem areas and relax the tightness, and pain of your muscles, remedial massage is quite firm and uses trigger points to target and release those stubborn knots in the muscles.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage while your body is going through dramatic changes of pregnancy is recommended to all healthy mothers-to- be. Fluid retention, back and neck pains, leg aches, carpal tunnel syndrome all will be relieved by regular massages. Your mood will be uplifted and you can enjoy being nurtured.

There was belief that Cancer and Massage was a contraindication. It has now been discovered to be a very positive and welcomed treatment which can help with anxieties, nausea and other symptoms experienced during treatment and recovery.

Using Lymphatic Drainage techniques, Lymphoedema can be treated to greatly improve your quality of life. This treatment may need a doctors approval and requires committment from the client to see the best results.

After working in physiotherapy clinics in Brisbane she branched out to the day spa industry which took her overseas and to luxury destination spas throughout Australia.
