A Deep Tissue Relaxation Massage is a nurturing style of massage in which we use long, deep strokes to help calm and relax you while easing your muscle aches and pains. You'll feel nurtured, grounded and regain a sense of clarity. You will ease out of your head and reconnect with your body, bringing you back into balance and into a more tranquil place.
This therapy is a combination of Deep tissue massage, Reiki / Energy work, Remedial massage,Trigger point therapy and Swedish massage.

Crystal Energy Balance
A Crystal Energy Balance is the use of crystals to bring about healing and positive changes in the mind and body.
The crystals are mainly placed on specific areas of the body called 'chakra's'. Chakra's are centers of distribution of energy throughout the body. There are 7 major chakra's which oversee a multitude of minor chakra's throughout the body.
