"You were once wild here. Don't let them tame you." - Isadora Duncan

I value and respect our time together.

Have you been hidden away for too long? Has your inner, powerful self been buried under the burden of an abusive relationship? I will provide you with a safe and nurturing space in which to recover and grow from the trauma of domestic violence and abusive relationships. Rediscover your true journey and purpose.

I have over seventeen years of experience in counselling women in domestic violence; with this extensive experience I can provide you with tools and insights to help you unlock your inner wisdom. Within my practice, clients are encouraged to reach their full potential of mindfulness, happiness and healthy relationships with the important people in their lives. And the most important relationship you can have is the relationship you have with your self.

"Certainty is a dead end. Curiosity is a quest."

Using a positive, strengths based approach, counselling & psychotherapy are very effective for helping you to re-engage with your life, reducing anxiety, depression, stress and the effects of trauma.

Face to face counselling is available in Penrith at Soul Haven on Smith Street. Online counselling is available by appointment - this can include after hours and some weekend work.
