Through the Rainbow

Hi, I’m Elisabeth, a creative therapist with a passion for using sound, energy, colour, movement, and art to assist you in your wellness journey. I am also a certified SoulNar sound healing, energy therapy practitioner.

I am currently located in the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia, in the therapy rooms at the front of Soul Movement Studio - 49 McIntyre Road, Para Hills West, 5096.

My goal here at Through the Rainbow, is to provide a safe space for personal healing and realignment of body, mind, and spirit by supporting you to step through the many colours, tints and shades of your own life experiences and challenges, and bring all your colours back into harmony - like a beautiful rainbow.

I believe in the body's innate capacity to heal and that we are our own best healers. However there are times when we require assistance, encouragement, and community to facilitate this process. I am honoured to be chosen to be a part of that process every time someone asks to work with me.

Currently, my primary focus is sound therapy, which uses a variety of instruments, sounds, vibrations and frequencies to help release blockages, stress, anxiety, grief, trauma or anything else stored in the body that should not be there or is no longer needed.

Sound therapy offers numerous benefits, some of which are:

• Relaxation
• Reduced anxiety
• Release of stored emotions and trauma from the body
• Improved sleep
• Enhanced immune system function.

I also use SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy, a modality that combines sound therapy, energy healing, breath work, and chakra work in a powerful one hour session. The effect of Sound and Energy vibrations and frequencies together with the breath work and chakras,  transform and heal on multiple levels throughout your physical and emotional bodies. Sound and energy also help clear the energetic, spiritual and mental fields, providing support, release of trauma held in the body, healing and renewal to the whole being, right down to the DNA level.

Through my own life experiences and personal healing journey, the areas I am most passionate about supporting people in their transformation and healing journeys are:

• Anxiety
• Stress
• Grief
• Chronic pain
• Past trauma stored in the body (including childhood trauma)
• Women’s fertility issues and concerns

However, I am able to support you with any other concerns or issues you may want to work on in a session as well.

Currently at my Therapy Room in the amazing Soul Movement Yoga and Pilates studio, located in Para Hills West, in Adelaide, SA, I offer:

• SoulNar Sound Healing and Energy Therapy sessions - 1hour, 15yrs +
• SoulNar Sound Healing and Energy Therapy sessions - 30 minutes, Child to 14yrs old
• Personal Sound bath - 1hour
• Group sound baths - by arrangement

With the goal of offering more services as I complete further study and training and as my business grows and expands.
