The Wise Hippo Sydney for Bonding, Birth and Beyond. We teach the Wise Hippo Birthing Program and Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. We love helping couples, mothers and babies relax!

At the Wise Hippo Sydney we teach couples techniques to bond with their baby before it is born and how to effectively prepare for a calm and relaxed birth.

By empowering couples to achieve the Right Birth On The Day for them and their little one which ever way they would like to give birth is my mission.

I teach couples that they will celebrate their little ones’ Birth day- Not just as a parent but also the special journey the 'birth' took them through as a couple. It will be the greatest achievement a couple will share and a joyful relaxed birth is the best first birthday present you could give your little one - on their birthing day.

After your Birth I come and meet you and your little one for a catch up and cuddles- my favourite part. I then teach Baby Massage and Baby Yoga which assist with bonding and play. The skills you will learn and practice with your baby will also help alleviate common baby ailments like colic, digestion issues and nasal congestion. Developmental milestones are achieved more quickly after massage and yoga and co-ordination is greatly enhanced.
