What is Sound Energy Healing?

Sound Energy Healing is a gentle, non-intrusive but powerful and proven healing modality.

I use a variety of sound healing tools, including Therapeutic Bowls, Gong, Quartz Bowl, Crystal Pyramid and Chimes. Often, I also incorporate, Reiki, Intuitive Channelling and Guided Meditations to assist in releasing, connecting, gaining insight and healing.  

The vibrations of sound healing act as an energetic filtration system for the body, as well as a very effective method to relax the body, calm the mind and soothe the heart. 

Sound Healing helps to synchronise or entrain our beta brainwave state (our waking state) into a deeply relaxed, meditative state, our Theta brainwave state, a place where our mind switches off. In this state of least resistance, sound healing helps to facilitate in the release of stored lower vibrational energy from past negative or traumatic experiences. 

In this state of deep relaxation, one’s intuition and heart are given a voice and often clients receive intuitive messages through images, colours, signs, symbols, sometimes words or even a scent.

These sessions are also offered to help align the Chakras, the main energy centres within the body, as well as connect to one’s Inner Child.   

Sound Healing is offered as private and group sessions.
