The relationship I have with stress began the day that I was born because I am human. I need stress to help me survive and I have learnt to manage that stress in the best way I possibly can. There is no wrong or right way to manage stress. If you experience stress that means you are normal. You need to experience it to some extent to survive. We are all unique and the way that we manage our stress is unique.
My Passion
My passion is to Stress Less. It always has been this way. I have been helping people to Stress Less for more than 40 years either in groups, through the use of education or 1-on-1 managing stress resourcefully is the key to a successful life and one lived to its capacity. I wake up on a daily basis thinking about how I can make a difference and get my message out to you.
