Yoga is one of the supreme forms of exercise for a healthy mind and a healthy body. Yoga can be, and always has been used as a way to enrich the lives that we live in the everyday world. Anyone can do it and anyone can experience the benefits.
The word yoga means union - in practice, blending all aspects of the human body/mind. The asanas/postures are designed to quieten the compulsive activity of the mind. Yoga is more truly about the mind than the body - a profound and powerful approach to living.

At the Centre we run morning and evening yoga classes Monday to Saturday. - Gentle, Beginner, Bridging, Intermediate, Advanced and Prenatal; and evening Meditation classes.
