The Sherbrooke Centre has been operating in the hills for over 20 years. Situated in Belgrave Heights the Centre is a short five minute drive from Belgrave, Melways Reference 84 E2. The rooms are pleasant, carpeted and well heated, creating an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. The teachers create an environment where people are given the opportunity to experience personal growth and positive change.

The word yoga means union - in practice, blending all aspects of the human body/mind. The asanas/postures are designed to quieten the compulsive activity of the mind. Yoga is more truly about the mind than the body - a profound and powerful approach to living.

At the Centre we run morning and evening yoga classes Monday to Saturday. - Gentle, Beginner, Bridging, Intermediate, Advanced and Prenatal; and evening Meditation classes.
