Learn Reiki I with our incredible Flower gazing meditation and flower crown creation weekend workshops. 

We would love you to join us for a totally spiritual adventure deep within.  Our workshop skillfully blends the teaching of Reiki with NLP and Floral Therapy to help you to truly embrace your Authentic true self.  Together we will spend the weekend exploring the origins of the Japanese Art of Reiki, discover the many benefits of inviting Reiki into your life and experience the transformation that Reiki gifts us.

We begin with a calming flower gazing meditation before creating our beautiful Flower Crown.  The symbolism of the flower crown is to reconnect and celebrate all that is YOU.  Getting close to nature helps us to relax so as we express our creativity through our art of craft and flowers it really helps us to understand what we want to introduce into our lives, also what self limiting beliefs we need to heal and transmute in order to manifest our greatest life. How to achieve these ambitions in a way that aligns with who we are.  After we have our stunning crowns, you will receive a magical attunement to the first degree of Reiki before we embark on a beautiful journey where we will explore the where the Japanese Art of Reiki originates, discover the many benefits of inviting this beautiful healing energy within.  We will learn the hand positions so that you can help yourself and those you love to heal a miriad of everyday emotions.  Get plenty of hands-on experience really getting to know the energy.  

Receive a certificate to Reiki 1, after the workshop we encourage participation in the 21 day Reiki Cleanse,  As Reiki works on a cellular level we cleanse the chakras through, meditation and Reiki for 21 days.  This also helps you to build up a good routine for self reiki.  It is through the practice of Self Reiki that we really learn to understand the energy and visibly see the miraculous changes it embodies in our lives.

There are so many ways Reiki can touch and heal your body, mind and soul.  It starts with the flow of energy resetting and repairing your nervous system, reducing blood pressure and lowers heart rate. When the body and mind are calm we increase our intuition,  make clearer and more focussed decisions, as we continue to journey inward we begin to release belief systems that no longer serve us, dissolve certain blockages that have held us back for so long.
