Classes
BODY REPAIR
BODY REPAIR classes are one-on-one sessions where your instructor is totally devoted to getting the best results possible from your body each hour we see you in the studio.*
You may opt to do these sessions if you have specific sporting goals, are rehabilitating post surgery or perhaps if you just like a little more attention to detail.
BODY REPAIR ensures you work exactly how YOU need to. We continue to work on your specific program, progressing and advancing when the time is right. If YOU are committed to you, then so are WE! Let’s work together and achieve the best possible results.
BODY MAINTENANCE
After completing your START UP you may wish to join a BODY MAINTENANCE class.
These classes take a maximum of 3 participants, all working on their individual programs under the eye of one instructor.
Here you get to work super specifically on all the Pilates apparatus, you will fine tune the little details and progress as time goes on – always working towards your goals.
Even though you share the instructor, we are never far away and keep a close eye on your technique, ensuring you get the most out of your sessions and complete your exercises correctly.
BODY WORK
We run a variety of BODY WORK classes that will ensure your whole body is challenged.
BODY WORK classes are suitable for people that are pain and injury free and have practiced a little Pilates previously.
