Meditation has been used by many different cultures for thousands of years.
Sustained focus and attention on either the breath, symbols, sounds, colours, and thoughts allows us to reach a meditative state or an altered state of consciousness and find our own inner guidance.
Meditation can be used to manage chronic illness, manifest life changes, and stress relief, as well as much more.
It complements many other healing modalities.
Meditation is:
• a way to relax
• a technique to promote health, vitality, longevity
• a means to develop creativity, IQ and peak mental performance
• a path to inner peace and spiritual growth
Meditation Class:
No special clothing or equipment required! Just come along, take some time out for yourself, sit comfortably, close your eyes and listen to gentle background music which will help you regulate your breathing. Breathing easily and deeply, you will let go of stress and experience deep physical and mental relaxation which allows the body and mind to return to natural, healthy rhythms. Using the power of your imagination, you will be guided on a journey of healing, self discovery and awareness using imagery, visualisation and affirmation with a different theme each week.
Come along and experience deep levels of meditation where you will re-connect with the wisdom of your intuitive ‘inner voice’.

Never meditated before and want to learn how? This course is for you!
Each week will begin with a meditation and then we shall explore various topics and learn techniques and meditations that will empower you to make positive life changes! Learn the science behind meditation and how you can use the power of your mind and thoughts, consciously and with awareness. Learn and experience powerful and quick meditation techniques that will get you physically and mentally relaxed and in a deep meditative state in just 3 breaths! Learn and experience meditation techniques that will help with setting and achieving goals, changing habits, pain relief, creativity and problem solving, plus much, much more.
