Meditation does not require a spiritual basis, however, one does enhance the spiritual experience.

Mindfulness Meditation at The Meditation Space has its roots in the Buddhist Meditation traditions of breath awareness (Annapanna). Instructing additionally draws on yoga rationality and breathing procedures. Instructions are clear and basic, every class expanding on the last.
