My name is Corrina Rawlinson and I am a Childbirth Educator, Doula in Training in the Esperance and Goldfields area.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, I see you sitting there wondering what all of this Hypnobirthing, Doula stuff is about. I BELIEVE that BIRTH CAN BE a life changing experience! HYPNOBIRTHING CLASSES

Hypnobirthing is comprehensive childbirth education course that you and your birth partner can attend. Birthing a baby is a completely normal function of the body. During the classes you learn about birth and the changes to you body, how your body just knows how to grow and birth your baby.

We teach our birthing parents and their birth partners tools and techniques such as self hypnosis where you are able to tap into your subconscious and find ways that help your body completely relax and let go of any tension because when you are tense during birth that is when it can be painful. We cover ways to use beautiful birthing affirmations, guided mediations and other relaxation tools.

Most importantly we teach your birth partner ways to support you during birth. Your birthing partner will become you biggest birth advocate because whilst you are birthing your baby your job is to birth and to not need to think about things happening in the outside world.Your birth partner will be shown ways to help you relax such as light touch massage and will also be guided on how to help you deepen your hypnosis.

HYPNOBIRTHING THE POSTIVE CAESAREAN CLASS

I am honoured to be able to share The Positive Caesarean Hypnobirthing class. This for me was one of the moments that I really fell in love with birth. Birthing your baby is such an incredible journey. During the caesarean classes we work through tools and techniques similar to the natural birth course, these tools allow you to be calm, prepared and in control of your birth.
