The Health Formula is an integrative health clinic located in Caulfield South in Melbourne. The Osteopaths Drs. Michelle and Rick Davids set up the clinic to satisfy the rising requirements of the patient and whole person healthcare. We also observed the failure of one-size-focused and symptom-consistent strategies after several years of clinical practice, which make people sick, powerless and still sick.
Instead, the company developed a "formula" that combines the best of osteopathy (touch), rehabilitation (move) and functional medicine (nutrition) for a systematic approach to natural health care. It involves maintaining the quality of the functional structure of the body, managing nutrition, encouraging physical activity and adequate sleep and stress management strategies.
