Focus areas
The Freedom Room is made up of a dedicated team who’s sole purpose is to help YOU.
The team are compassionate, experienced and believe there is ABSOLUTELY a way to find freedom from alcohol.
The Freedom Room is a Twelve Step Facilitation Program.
One to One
Talking on a one-to-one basis, with someone who understands, you learn tools and steps to change your life and stay away from alcohol.
Level of support to meet your needs
Everyone’s program is different, tailor-made for each individual, based on your needs, time, work schedule, family schedule, and desire to get well. Assessment to be taken at the first appointment.
Pre-Rehabilitation Support
When it is time to decide on which rehabilitation facility is best for you, The Freedom Room can assist you with finding the right service for you, support you with your admission and even take you to the rehabilitation facility on the day of admission. We know how difficult this experience can be.
Post-Rehabilitation Support
When you come home from rehabilitation, we recommend setting up a network. Addictions must be faced on a daily basis. Think of recovery not as a final destination, but a journey with the potential for missteps. Creating a safety net is key to your continued sobriety.
Family sessions
The Family Sessions are designed to assist clients, family members, and significant others in developing a greater understanding of the disease of alcoholism. This includes a Q and A session. We work with clients and their families in a safe, caring, confidential way.
Relapse prevention
Alcoholism is a chronic disease, and you need a long-term plan to stay sober. People who struggle with alcoholism should treat their disorder like any other chronic disease. If you stop treating it, you will relapse. Relapse prevention is a plan to stay sober after our sessions.
Alcohol risk minimization
If you are not ready to stop drinking, we can help you draw up a plan to reduce your risks when drinking alcohol.
