Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy changes lives.  Hundreds of scientific studies have found yoga to be an effective treatment for a variety of medical problems ranging from heart disease, high blood pressure, to diabetes, and psychological issues like insomnia, addictions, anxiety and depression.

Virtually anyone can do yoga, even those who start out with little strength, flexibility, or energy, and those with body issues or illness.  Applied therapeutically, yoga is a powerful system of overall health and well-being which can:
