We also run regular pilates reformer classes and offer remedial massage, cranial sacral therapy, myofacial release and pregnancy massage.

Dr. Darcy Brown, a well-respected chiropractor who has been working on the coast for over six years, recently opened Chirolates to provide a comprehensive and holistic service that he felt was largely missing on the coast. It’s an exciting time for Dr. Darcy and his wife Kylie who would love you to come and see what Chirolates is all about and what their team can do for you!

Pilates classes with Kylie Brown

Kylie Brown is holding regular small Pilates classes. We have four Pilates Reformers so Kylie can provide maximum benefit to a small group of students. Each reformer is personally set by Kylie to accommodate your needs on any particular day. We currently have classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am, 10am and 11am. Please call for bookings and an up-to-date schedule.

Remedial Massage with Ashleigh Tolson

Ashleigh Tolson is our talented massage therapist and is available for appointments through the front desk. Ashleigh is trained across a wide range of healing modalities including sports massage, remedial, cranial sacral, myofacial, pregnancy and relaxation. Her intuitive ability to hone in on the root of your physical issues will amaze you!
