Gentle Yin Flow
Are you searching for a traditional hatha yoga practice that is easy to follow, gentle and is concentrated on the yogic philosophies of balance, ease, practice, commitment and dedication?
Gentle Yin Yoga utilises gentle flowing hatha vinyasa (these are specific postures that are linked into the breath) to open up the mind and the body to encourage energy flow, and yin yoga stretches to help release tension and to release energy that has been blocked. This form of yoga has elements of meditation which will bring fresh vitality and energy to the mind, body and spirit.
Cost
$25 casual
$100 for 5 classes
$185 for 10 classes
Block passes are consecutive weeks. There are 10 weeks in each “term” that run in alignment with school terms.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow style of stretching that incorporates breathing awareness, body awareness , meditation and control. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues, such as the bones, ligaments and even the joints of the body that are not usually exercised in forms of yoga such as Asana. Yin yoga asks you to hold postures / stretches for longer periods of time (sometimes 3-5mins) allowing the body to yield or release in its’ own timing.
